I went here the other day to purchase a gift card I told the lady to please give me $10 on the gift card, she turned to me with ... attitude and said "ten dollars will get you nothing here" please keep in mind it was just a little added gift to a coworkers basket I was personally making that I had already spent about $60 dollars on. It was only for him for 1 cookie and she'stelling me he can't get anything there for that, not realizing that customers can pay the difference etc. She made me feelunwelcomed with her attitude, demeanor was rude. It was my first time there and had she known that my visit could have easilyturned into a big order for my family kids etc . Sometimes guys regardless of what someone spends in your business how youyour customer service is will determine if you have returning customers and that my friend is what keeps a business going.
