Bruh this place is not the one. I'm all about this new taco bell location but it seems like every time I'm here they mess up my... order. I order the black bean instead of the meat and every single time they get it wrong. If u order the cheddar chulupa urgoing to just get the plain one. Idk stuff is just not made right here. It's really water sloppy and the bread is always justcold or weird. Most recently my entire order was made wrong and then picked through to salvage what they could. Order was remadeand was still wrong. Got a black bean tostada with no black bean .. then my taco had meat still inside of it .. everything wascold. Read more
Ordered beef chalupas got tacos instead. Wouldn't be such a big deal if the chalupas weren't so expensive. Too far a drive to go... back and correct order. And was given no receipt either so couldn't fill out survey online. Read more
Nice location. Store is clean. Customer service was poor. It took 33 minutes to get two cravings boxes. The last Two visits have... been horrible. I was told after waiting 33 minutes for my food that it was because they were short-handed. The food was cold andthe tortillas were hard. Last time I will visit. Read more
Ordered a chalupa cravings box x2, waited about 40 minutes. Ordered at 5:33pm got food at 6:10pm. The beefy 5 layer burrito had... no beef. No chips or cheese, the music was as bad as the service. The first time I came I gave them the benefit of the doubtbecause it?s a new Taco Bell. But the lady gave an attitude and said it took a half hour cause they were short handed. Every time that I've ordered multiple of the same item, they end up giving me less in each than what I am sure I'm supposed to... get. Today I ordered two vegi bowls, usually the rice fills the bottom and theres just a scoop of beans, I ordered both with nobeans but I'm still sure I was supposed to get a larger serving size of rice in both.. or they've been stingy with beans before.Besides that, the customer service is great and they work quickly. I stopped by today and ordered 3 dorito loco tacos and 1 vegan spicy potato taco. I noticed they were going give me a large... drink so I told the cashier I wanted smaller one which she did correct it for me. I really liked the spicy potato taco, butmaybe next time I'll say extra light on the sauce. I also noticed they didn't give me the diablo sauce but they gave me hot. Iam giving 4 stars because at least my tacos were made with enough of the ingredients and not sloppy. I would have wished shewould have refunded me the difference of change since I asked for a smaller drink but overall I am glad I have Taco Bell closerto my house and that they are offering vegan options. First time I came I ordered some potatoe tacos with my family who loves them. I ask to have them fresh- a new batch every time.... They gave me half French and crispy and half crinkled and hard, nasty. Second time when I come to order the same taco they putspicy jalapeño sauce when it should be chipotle sauce! I have my daughter go back inside to have my order re done. And it?sstill the wrong sauce second time. I call and no pick up. Today I came and when we try once again the potatoe tacos fresh, therenot no checked before leaving the drive through window and I ask the cashier if there fresh and she seemed careless. Sure enoughthe manager said they weren?t and had it remade. That?s nice of her but she has a nasty attitude who doesn?t even look at yourface when your talking. The picture is a taco where they put no cheese! Well you see they put about two strands of three cheesewhen it?s supposed to be only cheddar. I was very happy to see a Taco bell place closer to Central Ave. Yet, the management isn't up to par. I encounter couple of... hiccups the past time I've order. They would give me a combo of burritos instead of the tacos. I order thru the online app for aparty pack of 12 and it wasn't even worked on when I arrived. This would be my last encounter when I got another 12 pack partyin person. Yet they gave me 8 tacos and the party box ripped when I was going to ask them for 3 more tacos. Also, don't sayinfront of the customer when talking with your co-worker "Why don't you take your order" instead of "Sorry, please attend to thecustomer for their order". I'm a customer not just an order. I'm just gonna stick with Del Taco now thats across the street. I'mdone with this Taco bell until management has a better communication and better service. Read more
