I normally love this Taco Bell but seeing as I just sat for 30 minutes behind 2 cars and then received a DISGUSTING and COLD... burrito in a mangled tortilla (after sitting for 10 minutes at the actual window, as if they just made it.) The staff was slowand unfriendly. I'll just drive farther for better service and food. This is the second time in 2 days I've received inediblefood. Super disappointed in this location. Read more

Staff were efficient and helpful during our drive through experience. The food was what we expected and was tasty.
Tacos were barely filled. Half of the filling than usual. Manager would not give her name so who knows who is responsible???
Some of the staff is nice but there is one worker in particular that is so rude. Every time she is at the drive thru window I... have a bad experience. Today she got my order wrong and I noticed it was wrong on the screen, so I told her she had it wrong andthat I said I wanted beef chalupas, the #6. And so she fixed it on the screen, but then I open my bag and instead of my crunchytaco she gave me a soft taco and everything was chicken. She just didn?t listen and was just trying to get me gone. Cashier would not accept a $100 bill for our $40+ order. Should have just driven off but my GF was hungry and gave her debit... card. It was declined. We used another card, paid for our order, and left. We were on vacation and did not use that card theentire way home because we thought it had been compromised. We called the bank and was told they show no declination. Theaccount was fine and that the debit card problem was likely user error by the cashier not running the card correctly. Thiswhole issue would have never been a problem if you just accepted legal tender instead of trying to force people to only use"approved" methods of payment. Food: OK=3 stars. Mostly have used the drive-thru. Can't complain about this location. They always get my order correct. They are pretty fast with... their service. The food comes out okay. The workers might not have the best personality but that's fine, cause they aren't rudeor mess up the order. Read more
