This is the most horrible sandwich I've had from Subway, Toppings were not correct and when I called they said I'd have to bring... it in the store. I let them know I'd gotten it delivered to me so I wouldn't be able to take it at 8 pm. Then the lady said if Ican't bring it there's nothing she's can do. If my sandwiches were made right I wouldn't have had to call, but no it was a whole$14 to waste because I didn't even like the topping on the ones I got and it went to waste. Do not go here, poorly ran by employees that don't know what they are doing and don't care. Food was horrible, stale bread,... veggies were old. I will be contacting corporate about these people and requesting a full refund. Read more
Employees are nice and make great sandwiches, foods fresh as every subway of course. Parking is easy, they dont have outside... eating tables probally because the area is kind of old and no so well kept up. Read more
I have realized with Subway the only way to get a good sandwich is to load up on a gredients if you get a sandwich with little... ingredients it's going to be not that great unless that's what you like.... A thin sandwich. Unlike myself I like a juicy andfull sandwich. I always say extra lettuce and I put spinach on there as well to bulk it up for crispiness I put tomato andcucumber. I love their vinaigrette and salt and pepper but I also love their sweet onion sauce with honey mustard mixture. Theymade my sandwich awesome and I couldn't eat it right away it lasted until I got home with this crazy Heat so I give it an A+plus the customer service was great and their Iced Teas are Delicious By the way Read more
Terrible Service and produce! Melissa was very rude, impatient and disrespectful. She had a very bad attitude and was not shy... about it.. definitely not a person who should be the face of a company. The customer service here used to be the best around. I would go here 3 to 4 times a week. Recently in the evening the people... have been rude. The guy in particular. No greeting, on his phone while I'm standing there waiting for my pick up order. I waited5 minutes for him to tell me that my order was on a shelf behind me getting cold.( order was incorrect for the 3rd time in arow) It now feels like your bothering them when you go in. I do appreciate the girls in the am for always being kind andwelcoming. Revisiting what good customer looks would go along way in retaining your loyal customers. Subways food is always fresh, tasty and they make it there right in front of you! You can pick and choose what you want right... there on your sandwich, salad or wrap. Or if you can think of something they can make out of the variety breads they have. Theymake the bread right there on the premises. Always fresh. Great place to eat! Prices have been raised.
