First off, shout out to Lizzy for her wonderful customer service! ???? Every time she's there, I know I'm getting the best this... Subway has to offer. In additon, everyone else at this location is quick, accurate, and friendly. I've only ever once receivedan incorrect order, but it was almost no problem at all to get my issues resolved. This review is for Elizabeth. Just wanted to say thank for your customer service. My boys don't eat onions, allergies, and if... they see or smell it on food they would not touch it. Last time I was here , Elizabeth used new lettuce, tomatoes , etc just tomake sure onion doesn't get in sandwich by accident. Again, thank you Elizabeth. Love coming to this particular subway. Their meat and cheese portions have shrunk to the point that it is mainly a bread sandwich. The choice of ingredients has also... decreased. The few ingredients that they do offer are in limited supply. Subway has hit rock bottom for me. Never again! Fromnow on... Submarina, Jersey Mikes or Schlotzskys for me. Read more
This subway is horrible! We order via the subway app NON of the sandwiches came out right, called spoke to the manager she... replaced yes but after receiving them again for the second time once again after picking them up the 2 of the sandwiches hadnothing but mayonnaise soup almost. Subway is always a good choice if you want something light and fast. This experience I had with Tia, the Subway employee, was... absolutely terrible. Yes, I know it's 9pm and you are probably tired, but we all have long days as well. She was completelymessy and had a straight face the entire time. I tried not to let it bother me and tried to shrug it off but that stopped when Ihad to repeat myself many times on simple orders. Completely lacked customer service and made you me uncomfortable andun-welcomed even being there. I proceeded to tell her "Although it's the end of the day you should treat all customers thesame." She responded, "Well, how am I treating you?". I told her that there was lack of communication, customer service, andpoor service on putting the sandwiches together. this place is a joke can you believe if they want to charge me more for something I'm already paying for. I normally get spinach... wraps the oven roasted chicken spinach wrap to be exact. And this is the second time they sell me a spinach wrap with only onestrip of chicken when I know it comes with two !!!!!!!
