You know. I get it, places get busy. Not on Sunday night though. You've been here long enough to know the algorithm. I put In an... order for 2 pizzas set for 7:45 pm. I walk in at 7:45, and they are not ready. That's OKAY, I get it. But I wait for 15 min justto be told that my order is just being made to put in the oven ? Unacceptable, reason being is I watched you serve everyone elsethat walked into the store after me. My order has been paid for and should be a priority, I nearly asked for a refund becausewhat is the point of mobile order ? I would have been better off sitting my happy self in line. Thanks! We went here about a month ago and the shift lead Jasmine was so nice and pleasant. They were swamped and she made sure our... pizza was made to our liking. We never come here, but definitely won?t be coming back now. My husband worked all day long and we decided to just put an order... in so he could pick it up on his way home. We set the order for 7:45 for pick up (we set the order a whole HOUR in advance) andmy husband was there at 7:43 to pick up the pizza which wasn?t yet ready (no big deal) however, they took multiple people?sorders and started/finished their pizzas BEFORE even putting our order in. He ended up waiting 30 minutes to get the food thatshould have been ready.
