I want to preface this by saying NORMALLY this Panera has been great! We?ve been coming periodically since it first opened in... LE. However, within the last 6 months it seems like it?s gone down hill. The last 2-3 times I?ve gotten the Mac it?s been soover cooked the noodles are complete mush and broken like someone threw it all in a blender first ???? I gave it a few moreshots after the first time it was like that but I?d rather not continue to spend $11 for mushy overcooked macaroni! Beforesomeone reads this and thinks ?just make it at home!? That?s not the point! NORMALLY Panera mac is my JAM and I will happily pay$11 for the occasional treat of it, but not when I?m given a container of all broken soggy noodles and a flavor like it?s beenreheated 1 too many times! This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I would give them zero stars if I could. I stopped ordering... from them a while back due to the service and recently decided to give them another try. Needless to say they have disappointedme once again. I made an order for delivery and was missing an item. I called back to figure out the situation and was toldthat I had to go in for the missing item. When I requested for a refund, I was denied saying it had to go through DoorDash eventhough it was charged to them. I couldn?t even speak to a manager after asking to speak to one. I had to spend an hour and ahalf with DoorDash customer service only to be told in the end that I indeed had to get my refund from Panera. Unfortunately,like mentioned, this isn?t the first time I?ve had issues with this particular location. They are always messing up my order andwhen I ask for the missing items, I receive attitude and horrible treatment from the workers. There was a time that an employeeaccused me of trying to get free items as she was ?unable to find my order? in the system while the workers in the back triedfighting me about it too. I tried giving them a second chance as I figured this was a new location and workers are still new,but it has been a while now and the issues I have experienced in the past are still there today. The workers never holdthemselves accountable for their own mistakes or even apologize to their customers. What also upsets me the most is that afterexperiencing such horrible customer service, managers still have the audacity to tell me to give them 5 star ratings and writegood reviews about them. With costs going up everywhere I get it...but I ordered the half and half and got the broccoli cheddar..use to love it n it was... very watered down so was the lemonade and the salad was much smaller then in the past. My salad was the best thing but overalldisappointed. Read more
This Panerai bread DOES NOT CARE, and it shows in everything they make. This place never ceases to be a disappointment. Every... time we go here, there is an issue with our order, and I mean EVERY SINGLE TIME. My mom ordered a tuna sandwich, and there isbarely any tuna on the sandwich, and it is not spread over the sandwich. Go to Jersey Mike's off Dexter on the other side ofthe 15. At least they give you an amount of meat that you can actually taste. Lol, overpriced bread sandwich! What a shame! Read more
Love the Napa almond chicken salad sandwich, and it pairs well with a custom Fuji apple salad! Yum! I like how they allow... substitutes within each category. I would otherwise have never discovered the salad! Read more
We came shortly after this location opened and we're disappointed. We've visited a few times since always putting a few months... between our disappointing visits. Today was the last chance we have this Panera. New Mac n cheese sandwich looks good (maybenot the healthiest but it looked good). What I got was a cold sandwich that was not even toasted, it was bread soaked in butterwithout a hint of toasting. My wife's tuna sandwich was onions and lettuce with what looked like !maybe a tablespoon oftuna. It's clear this location has had trouble hiring people who care, because every visit has left us feeling the same. Read more
We eat there often, especially because everyone that works there is exceptional and the food and portions are great. The fellow... that was working there in the evening of 3/30 was amazing and did all to see we were given great customer care. Thanks! Read more
I was given three large soups in one paper bag. By the time I got home, two of the soups had spilled and the bag easily came... apart as I picked it up. It seems they were not closed correctly I called the store and spoke to Anne the manager, she gaveattitude and she stated it was my fault for the soups not being close correctly and spilling them. Didn't even apologize andhung up the phone on me. Read more
