Food is hardly fresh and the portions are literally a rip off. Customer service is mostly bad too
I try to eat elsewhere, they don't give as much as other places here. Will not be back They need learn how to portion correctly.
They literally try to cheat you with the portions, asian woman in front who looks like a manager, was trying so hard to give me... the smallest amount of noodles she can. Told her she can she just throw it away ill take my money somewhere else.. told me onlyone tiny scoop for everything now.. thats whats she told me, one scoop. Valerie was very patient and welcoming to all guests as I arrived with my partner. I recently ate here and ordered the usual, 2-item combo (half chow me in and half fried rice with orange chicken) and a large... soft drink. Within 20minutes I had explosive diarrhea that lasted all night. I suspect this came from the staff neglecting toclean and change the soda fountain machine filters. I tried to contact the business by phone during business hours but no oneanswered. I'll be skipping this location or at least their soda fountain in the future. Read more
Horrible customer service. Young lady took our order today Wednesday Nov 30th. Management should know who was handling the drive... thru as well as phone calls. We placed a drive thru order only to get home and find the order was wrong. And what was givenaffects a severe food allergy. My Mother called the store to speak with a manager only to get the same young lady who originallyhelped us on the phone. When she asked to speak with a manager she was hung up on. I called back and asked for a manager and washung up on twice when asked. What kind of business are you running where employees are allowed to hang up on customers trying tospeak with a manager to refund a wrong order. Will be calling corporate. Beyond unprofessional and rude. Employee is obviouslytrying to dodge getting in trouble. Mistakes happen but this is not the way to handle a mistake. Hanging up on customers?
