I had gotten a Bacon Burger and then they forgot the bacon. Then I told them they were missing the bacon in the burger then they... gave me the burger back with cold bacon. Then they gave me fries that tasted so odd. Then we also ordered a happy meal and theysaid there isn?t the bucks for the kids meal and they said ?is that fine? Trash. Their food is trash, their customer service is trash, everything about this place is trash. The other McDonald's is ten... times better. This one is run by a bunch of highschoolers, the manager is some young kid who doesn't know what he's doing. Theysay online and in person that they're open 24/7 yet I'll go there when I get off of work around 11-12 and they're closed everysingle time. I've never seen that location stay open past ten. Even when they are open they will have you waiting 15 min forsome fries and a plain burger. Honestly ridiculous, the whole afternoon/night shift employees are just lazy and rude. Read more

Today, in the drive thru, I wanted to pay for a family?s meal that look like they were struggling. The kind worker was very... happy to assist, however, the manager ?Jonathan? walked over & said no. Worst service. Menu board was blackout and the person taking the order expected the customers to memorize their overnight menu.... Her name is Gabby, she claims to be the manager tonight. She is dismissive and doesn?t understand the basic customer servicejob. Please train your associates on Customer Service values, which she lacks of. Sweet tea taste like coffee the chicken sandwich had the soggiest tomatoes?my husband got home and they forgot his meal I felt... so bad for him because we live in perris so he had to drive back to lake Elsinore to get his food since I was at home ..usuallyI check before we leave the drive threw but he had the kids and was in a rush to get home . Frozen morning burritos and attitude from employees. The employees love to talk back and the managers allow it and don't punish... the employees for their behavior or even give them warnings. They like to skip your place in line and let other cars that werebehind you go in front of you and waste your time. Read more
