I hope the owner reads this. Ever time I go the glass doors are filthy. This time there were flies. So bad that one customer... in line left and said it was disgusting. Flies were hanging out on the adjacent glass windows as well!! This is notacceptable? please clean this place up. My husband came in at 8:50 & closing time is 9:30. When he looked at the menu an employee said are you looking at the bowls? He... said yes, he was told they couldnt make it because it was to close to closing. I understand 10-15 min before closing but 40minutes before closing is absolutely ridiculous. We will not be returning to any juice it up stores we will find anotherbusiness to purchase acai bowls from. Read more

Very poor quality juice. Not sure what happened but this is what I was given today.
I come here when I'm in the area. Each time they are behind. Low staff with high orders. Today I ordered through the app as I... typically do. When I get there they tell me they are out of bananas and ask how I would like to substitute. I explain and thegirl still gives me my order incorrectly and my fusion bowls were all liquid. This location is overall a good store. I like coming in for their Acai bowls and smoothies. Staff is very pleasant, after coming... in here three times they now remember my name and order, lol. I've always gotten my order served correctly. Sometimes they arebusy and might not be as fast as I'd like but I understand crowds add to the wait time so not a major issue, especially duringthe pandemic when more precautionary steps are required.
