Non-existent customer service!!! Do NOT give your money or business to this place. Rude, disrespectful & unprofessional ?shift... leader? & staff. Before ordering the shift leader told us about a deal and we said we?d take that! began ordering, when it wastime to pay they took it back and said we misunderstood them and the deal was only for online or over the phone! When the 3 ofus who witnessed it told them they never said that, the shift leader sighed in my face and walked awaymid-conversation!!! Nobody has a clue what?s going on here. Read more

Horrible customer service! Last two times we've ordered, they told us 20 minutes until our order was ready. First time, I get to... store and they ignored me for 10 minutes, and when they did finally acknowledge me, my order wasn't even ready so I ended upwaiting another 20 minutes in the store! Second time they actually gave one of my subs to someone else because they forgot theirorder and just looked at me like it wasn't a big thing and said they'd remake mine right away. Despite that we tried againtoday. Called and they asked me to hold and so when my husband arrived 10 minutes later to get the food, not only was it notprepared but it wasn't even ordered because I was still on hold! They never came back to the phone! Worst Jersey Mike's I'veever been to out of 3 states! This was our last time going here. There's a Submarina and Subway same distance away so I guesswe're going back to them when we want subs. Read more
