Always fast... even if line is long... they have good crews working most times... I go at all times throught a month.... keep it... up. *the outside of the building could use beautification.... minor repairs.. n paint at least... but I think it deserves astate of the art, relative to the lake, update maybe... something like that... it's been here a long time...????? It was nice in the A/C during the sweltering heat! It took the cashier a lil bit to get my order from me, but she was courteous... enough to comp my guest and I a fountain drink for wait. Food was as ordered and and perfect temp. Thank you JIB crew! Read more
Sick of the shake machine BS, they never want to serve shakes it seems, especially at night. But who wants shakes for breakfast?... We want shakes during lunch and dinner! And late night- hello! Also sick of the other issues like cash only- there's always somekind of issue... Read more
They have gotten better, used to get something in my order wrong 9 times outta 10 now it's more like 4 outta 10. Foods always... good and prices are reasonable. Staff is a hit or miss, surprisingly it's the younger crew that's usually nicer here. The oldermanagement seem to always be stressed out or just hating life in general. Read more
Drive through at 1.50pm, Thursday. In the window, manager lady. I ordered a bacon western cheeseburger combo. Not only were... fries and burger barely luke warm and the coke had a strange aftertaste, the burger was very flat..
