Website won't let me sign in. Tried resetting password. Says it's reset but still won't let me login. Decided to checkout as a... guest. Website adds $10 to their already high prices as a "tip" and won't let me remove or adjust the amount. Thought it wasjust my phone being screwy, so I used my computer. My phone was going to charge me $10 for the sandwich, the computer ischarging me over $13 for the same sandwich! Tried to call the store so I could just order over the phone old school style or atleast ask them what the actual price of the items are, but they won't answer their phone! It's been a few years since I had eaten at a Dickey's since they closed the one in Pomona. This one however is shockingly... great. The service was really good and they acted like an actual sit down service restaurant, which was much better than theone that closed in Pomona. I got to go food. I did not check my order before i left. I got home and the order was wrong and missing stuff. i called them... and got lucky the owner answered. i explained to him what happened and that i was to tired to come back, He said i will leave anote of what to give you next time to make this right. so i came back, in on 8/29/2020. the young man working there was not veryfriendly. when i told him about the the not he got more of a bad attitude. i explained that the potato was for my wife and sheis a vegetarian. i asked for extra cheese and green onion. by the way this was the smallest potato i have ever got from thereand just few pieces of cheese. When i got home there was a small piece of meat right in the middle of it. Another thing i didnot get on my last order was onion strings. This time i received 4 or 5 little pieces .i was supposed to get a full rack ofribs and he argued with me about it. i called and left several messages over the next few day for the owner to call me. eithersomeone is deleting the messages so he wont get then or he just does not care, either way i will find some where to spend mymoney once a week . I really like most of the food they serve. I do think the brisket is a bit dry. The pulled pork is juicy. The baked beans are... flavorful. Their regular BBQ sauce is very good and not too spicy. Service is quick and friendly. Don't forget the soft servecones!! Read more

Dickey's is usually a 4 star restaurant. This location could use some attention in the kitchen. This is the first time I have... had cheese added to the top of the MacStack. Did not ask for it. Ruined the dish. Could not eat more than a couple of bites.Brisket is normally chopped/shredded. This time it was cubed. Didn't think that the meat prep could change the overall meal. Mac and cheese was thick and chunky. Normally there is a smooth and creamy texture. Food prep has been pretty standard at thischain across the US. This location is not to that standard. Ice cream machine was empty. Waffle fries and the Texas toast weregood. Service was friendly. Restaurant was clean.**** Update 7/14/19****Contact info was given the next day per Dickey's request(Ann) Owner has yet to reply.
