Everything was wrong in our order but the girl seemed new so we just took it. It was good food nonetheless. * quick update we... returned and we received pretty bad service. I ordered a coke and the cup shows how the girl gave it to us. Again order wasincorrect. ???? we now believe that this is a Manger issue. It is poorly managed. We see the places around and next to thisstore long lines. If I was the owner I would look into this. We simply will pick different restaurants. Read more
Terrible service. I ordered two bean cheese Buritos. They couldn't even wrap it right. Every thing coming out the bottom.... Couldn't eat it all because both of them were open from the bottom. I called to tell them had to call multiple times till theyanswer. Just for the person who picked up to sat they dont care then hung up.Employee's seem to think they own the franchise. Definitely beware eating here . Not worth the risk! God knows if they did something to my food . Someone needs to cheek intothese night Employee's. Or just this location in General. Contacting corporate now! Reviewing again ! GET IT TOGETHER!!!! I live down the street and come here so often, and CANDICE is... the only employee that is a pleasure to give my money to! You have a bunch of entitled female workers there that cannot evencrack a smile! I understand you hate your job, but we did not force you to work. When I?m in uniform there is no excuse, get ittogether! When a consumer tells you thank you, you respond. Do NOT ignore me! I apologize that I have inconvenienced you bycoming through the drive through! Cannot wait until robots take your jobs. Garbage employees Fast food?! Ha! No way. This is theslowest del taco ever. Took 45 min to get out of the line @ 1am part of our food was missing. Short of staff !! Its close to the freeway ???? timer... was blocked so we didn't see how much we were waiting 15 min to get our food !! Read more
I ordered a #1 with sour cream on both taco's. They charged me exactly $0.60 extra per taco, coming out to $1.20+ tax without... giving me what I ordered. I called the number on the receipt and the manager of this shift at 2pm on 12/03/21 answered thephone. I started to complain and management did apologize at first. While listening to my complaint the manager decided to tellme "if you think this job is so easy, why not come do the job yourself". I informed the manager I have worked in the foodindustry it's not that hard. She then proceeds to yell at me and then hung up. I call back, she instantly hangs up the phone, Icall back again to a busy signal. Finally got through and the same manager tells me to call corporate, I ask for the number andshe rudely says google it. So guess what I did, I called corporate as instructed by the management. This is not the first timethis has happened to me. Many times I have spent money at this establishment and not received my items, I know for a fact I amout at least $100 for the year 2021. Most of the time they don't answer the phone. If you bother showing up because they messedup your order, they give you dirty looks and are rude to you. I have kept all this to myself until now. From now on every timemy money is stolen from me because of their lack of interest in their jobs I will post a 1 star review and call corporate. Usually busy but they get you through quickly. Always friendly and clean. They make your frys well done if you ask. Right next... to Panda Express and Chili's in Costco Center. This is our favorite Del Taco. If this was helpful give me a like. Read more
I realize this is fast food & not to expect too much but this Del Taco has the worst service. Waited like 20 min after being... asked to wait in front & my entire order was not right! Been a while since I went to this Store & will be even longer until I goback to this store if ever. If I could give negative stars I would! Read more
