We love the food here when it's done right! Unfortunately this is the third time our online order was messed up by this... location. We ordered a Cheese-Crusted Quesadilla with some other toppings, and we got a Regular Tortilla (No Cheese Crust) withFajita Veggies added (did not ask for). I've been here many times and have always been happy... but today was really disappointing. The service was unbelievably slow at... 2:30pm. I asked for guac and they said "no guac". I asked when it would return, since there was no sign that indicated they wereout. They said "tomorrow". Nobody offered us chips with our bowls- we had to ask for them. The customer service was not just bad but outrageous at this place. I was ordering food and this gentlemen was physically abused... by the manager. I witnessed the entire situation, the family ordered food, they were charged extra, gentleman asked what is theextra charge for, the manger got violent and yelled ?pay, take the food and get out of my restaurant!?. Cops were called becauseof racial slurs. Just bad attitude from the manager, not sure who hired this guy?I hope cooperate see?s what name he brings totheir institution. The manager there must hate his job. I asked for some salt and he said we don?t have salt here we salt our food, I said food is... good can I have some salt. He said u serious we don?t have salt. I started laughing thinking he was joking. He started tellingme to have seat we don?t have salt. I said to him why are you getting mad it?s just salt. He had the worst attitude I?ve everseen. Bald guy with a star tattoo on his neck. I?ve never seen customer service like that in my life. I hate leaving reviewslike this, but sometimes you have to do that so that people know. Came in to order two burritos while they were making my first one they started helping the next person and then employee gave... me an attitude like it was a inconvenience to her that I needed a second one and when I asked to drain the beans off she lookedme in the eyes and dump a bunch of liquid all over the burrito so it would have been incredibly soggy so I told her screw it Idon?t want it. I can?t emphasize the amount of disrespect and unprofessionalism of this worker and for that reason I will neverreturn to this location. Read more
The service was not great. The potions were small. The chips were stale.
First time at this Qdoba location. It was an early supper hour and I had to wait 20 minutes for the chicken to be cooked. I did... get some complimentary chips & guac so that was good (and really I was in no rush). The food was good and very filling, but theservice speed was very slow that I observed. They had several people on the clock, but none of them looked too interested inworking. I was in no rush that day, but if I am I might not go back there because of the service speed. Read more
