I've never been to a Culver's, so when I walked in, I was totally taken by how clean, friendly and most eager to explain the... menue to us. The manager at this store, Crystal, is very rude and confrontational. On more than one occasion she has personally failed at... taking our order correctly. This last time was the worst. We are locals, and eat here very often, always ordering the exactsame thing. We know what the total cost is, therefore when the total is wrong, we know the order is incorrect. We ordered ourorder and the total was not correct, said something, and Crystal tried to fix it, however the total was still not adding up,therefore order is incorrect. We asked her to just repeat the order, since she hadn't even done that once yet, and she huffedand scoffed over the load speaker. Very rude and unprofessional manner in her tone as well. We told her if that's the servicehere, we would be going elsewhere and she said, "Goodbye." ....Really, more rudeness and snarkyness. So, we proceeded to gointo the store to resolve the issue and Crystal immediately told us to leave, wouldn't even hear what we were there for. Thisso called manager needs to be retrained and sent through customer service training as priority #1. This store has went downhill quickly since the new owners took over. Took away all discounts, wont even be on the local sports discount cards. And theworst customer service ever. We will not be returning and will drive to one of the other "Family Stores" in Baraboo or Sauk. Read more
