I ordered some food for a family memorial from this place over Labor Day weekend and was not disappointed. Found it on Google... and all the great reviews told me this was the place to use. Got about 10 pounds of brisket and 5 pounds of sausage and wasblown away by the great bbq. Both meats were a hit for sure. The jalapeno sausage was great by itself. CTB had sliced it upso it made it great to serve and it paired up nicely as a finger food. The brisket was perfect to me. Just enough fat to keepit juicy. Seasoning was spot on. I have been partaking in the greatness of The Tail now for over five years! I eat there at least twice a week. I can honestly... say I have NEVER had a bad experience there. Food is Great and the service and friendliness is best I have ever experienced. Iam a BBQ lover and a tater fan. Their brisket is delicious and the ribs are my favorite! Baked potatoes are always a solidchoice. As for sides, the green beans and the cabbage are my favorites. Can't say enough good things about The Tail! And thetea is always fresh. This place is one of the few in my opinion that literally checks ALL the boxes even down to the icemachine! They have the soft crushed ice I love!
