Horrible Service. Waited in line for about 15 minutes with only one car in front of me that had to send fries back. Once at the... window seems like everyone was confused. Didn't had my fries with one of the orders. Had three drinks with no straws. Poorservice plus Poor food. They need to be trained. Find better people. Why serve people food that you wouldn't eat. Stood at the register inside this Wendy's for over 20mins while the employees laughed and joked with each other one employee... actually came to the counter and clocked out with me standing there. The others were working on orders or talking to each otherthen an employee walked up with five bags and gave them to the customer ahead of us and we still weren't addressed oracknowledged. On the way out another woman walked in and was immediately acknowledge by staff and I sat in my car and watchedthem immediately take the oder. Walked in yesterday around 12pm to the counter. No one acknowledged me, the manager and all employees kept making orders. I... politely stood there for about a minute and left. This would never happen in Chik fil a, they have the best customerservice. Time for new management at the Wendy's in Lake City. Read more

Stopped to get lunch. It was past lunch rush, so not a lot of folks within the facility. The lady taking orders acted as though... she really did not want to be there. Got order... Husband ordered chilli - watered down and had hamburger patties, looked it agreasy soup. I had ordered chicken nuggets- they were cold and the crust around the edges were hard, like they were stale orbeen put in microwave too many or too long a period. Tried to go back to the counter, the young lady was too busy on the phoneto be bothered. Another staff member was leaving work and had an infant on her hip and another one barefoot walking behind thecounter and cook area. The bathroom was a hot mess as well and had no soap.
