Quite possibly the worst taco bell you can go to. They really need to hire some better people at this location who WANT to work.... When you walk in, no one greets you, no one is at the counter. They expect you to use the touch screen thing to put your orderin, and then when you?re done you have to wait 20 minutes for someone to recognize you?re at the counter so you can pay for yourorder. The nacho fries are the bomb. The only thing I don't like is when you walk in they should take your order instead of us having... to do it. This is a nice location. The service here is pretty fast even when there are long lines. The store is clean. The workers and... nice enough. The restrooms here are fairly clean. I am not even a review writer, but the customer service I received today from "Natavia Burgess" at the drive thru was awesome.... She deserves a review. This young lady portrays a caring and welcoming vibe. When ordering, I guess I sounded disappointed whenshe said my first order did not come with a drink, so she offered a cup of courtesy ice water which to me is above and beyondany customer service I have ever received at this location. (It's the little things that count for Me) I even was taking my timeon decision making, but she remained pleasant the whole time. I even wanted to tip her, but she declined with a smile and saidHave a Great Day! This is exactly the type of Customer Service a restaurant should have. Kudos Natavia. Don't ever change.
