In the middle of taking my order in was asked to hold on, 11 minutes later I mashed the red button to find out what happened... only to find out they had forgotten which terminal they had placed on hold. I had an online order, and had the pleasure of meeting a new carhop named Jahara. My family goes there often, so I knew she... hasn?t been working there long. She was so polite, and waited until we checked our bags because it was big order (family of 6).Thank you Jahara for not just being a professional carhop, but for just being a respectful young lady. My only complaint is that the app rarely works so if u r looking for half price drink deals u still may be in luck bc the... manager on staff has came out to my car personally to apologize and make sure that I get exactly what they advertise with a veryfriendly and hospitable demeanor each time and I my opinion goes above and beyond to do her duties ensuring that every customeris satisfied and smiling when they leave! Food came out reasonably fast. A slightly above average Sonic. They put everything in a nice tray to make it easy to eat in car,... not just a bag like most places. Read more
Worst experience I have ever had . I ordered a large chocolate shake and a junior deluxe burger. I sat there after ordering it... for 20 minutes and it wasn't even busy. There was 3 cars and that's counting myself. I don't know why I was put off for so longbut it's the biggest let down cause when I finally got my shake, I asked and was charged for extra whip cream and barely evengot enough to even say it was on my shake.
