Our order was wrong. The female at the window as very rude. She wiped her nose with her bare hand then asked for my debit card.... I asked to speak to the manager. She said no manager or supervisor was there. I told her she wiped her nose then handled mycard. I said that was disgusting and not safe with Covid everywhere. She became more rude and changed the order with the cook.Then she started telling someone in the room how her boyfriend shoots people. I guess she was trying to intimidate me. Then themale cook came to the window because the order was still missing. I asked again to speak to the manager. He said he is themanager. I told him she lied to me and said the manager wasn?t there. Closed the dining room, several workers sitting inside literally doing nothing. Wouldn?t come to the door or answer phone, and... there is no note on the door explaining why. They have a huge sign on window saying ?Dining Room is Now Open?. Read more
Been there twice in the last 2 weeks. Once on Thursday and once on Wednesday. Got there between 7 and 8 pm. Big sign in window... says Dining Room Now Open. Nope. Front doors locked tight. All inside lights on. No signs indicating why. Hours on door saysthey are open til 9. Drive through may be open, but id rather sit down inside. Very bad service, very rude, and it was not clean. They don't wear any hair nets, I had hair in my drink and the lady next to me... had hair in her food. The bathrooms was filthy. Never been in there and they didn't have lemons slice for your tea. It wasdefinitely not worth $29.00 and I will not go back there ever. Read more
I always would go here to get a Tilapia dinner. This time, during my lunch break, I stop here for lunch. Went through the... drive-threw. got my food within a timely manner. I get home (I work from home) and I open my plate and this is what I got. thefish was burnt so badly, when I remove the fish, it burned a hole in the plate. The burnt taste was all over the fish and it wason my rice. I had to use a lot of tarter sauce just take away some of the burnt taste. Also, my roll was completely hard! Stiff!The only thing that was good was the green beans. that?s it. I didn?t try the cole slaw yet because I was annoyed with the wholedinner. This was very distasteful! Read more
Their fired fish was pretty good. Staff needs more training though. He kept forgetting what we ordered
It used to be good in Lake City but last two times the food is extremely over cooked. Couldn?t even eat it. Three plates and the... shrimp $37 down the drain. And this has been twice for us. Florence sc captain d?s has still been really good. Read more
They state they are open until 11pm on Fridays but shuts everything down at 9:30 really. The workers see a line of cars but... stands outside and smoke. Poor business skills Read more
