Just ordered for delivery. I?m from out of town, staying with family and decided to give dc?s a shot. We ordered the pizza at... the top of the menu and some chicken and cheese bread. Overall great experience and amazing food at BC Pizza! Perfect crust and they don't skip out on toppings. Quick and friendly... service. If you like a well built pizza this is the place. I will be back to try out more of the menu. Read more
Took half an hour to get through to place order. Get to restaurant and sign on the door states call to get your order. I call... and call and can't get through. Finally, someone answers and I'm immediately put on hold. This went on for 15 mins. Guy bringingpizzas out to cars and I stopped him and told him what my problem was. He said he would get to me as soon as he could. He goesback in, answers phone and I immediately call again to let them know I'm here to pick up my pizza. He answers and immediatelyputs me on hold. After waiting half an hour, figured pizza would be cold anyway and drove away. This is UNACCEPTABLE. For onething, no one makes you wait in car to deliver you pizza. All restaurants are having people come in for pick up with mask on.Why can't BC Pizza. If you are going to continue doing this, at least answer the phone so you know when the customer gets there.End of rant. Read more
Got take-out here many times. You get what you order maybe a third of the time unless a small, simple order. Because of this... track record we order carefully now, but still happens. Don't expect price adjustment if what you actually get costs more thanwhat you ordered. Wheat vs. white bread for sandwiches/subs has always been on the menu, but they never have wheat and youwon't know unless you ask...they give you what they have regardless what you order and you find out what it is when you openyour sandwich. Ordered chicken wings & turkey sub this past Saturday evening, Feb 8. The girl on the phone said an hour and 15 minutes Max for... delivery. That part is fine for delivery. Well an hour and 45 minutes later I call back because we still haven't received ourfood. A different girl says it might be on it's way because there is no ticket up there for it. Another 20 minutes go by beforemy delivery arrives at my house! Total of 2 hours and we only live about 1 mile away. Read more
Worst BLT ever. Subbun was great, almost had crumbled bacon on it, a 1" diamater slice of tomatoe, & scaring of lettuce. ... Should have ordered just a subbun toasted, cause that's what I got. Read more
