Love the food just hate the long waits everytime. I do not enjoy pulling in the stalls waiting for 15-20 mins either waiting to... speak with someone or them saying hold on and never coming back and me having to go to the drive thru and still having to waitbut just not as long. Read more

This Sonic is located at 5195 Jonesboro Road. I was there to pick up an Uber Eats order the person who picked up when I ran in... said they did not have the order when I verified the address they told me no this address is a different address which was a lieand as you drive around the building you come around their side right there on the side it says 5195. If a person doesn't knowhow to operate the tablets for the gig apps they don't need to be allowed to deal with those orders. And lying about the addressdoesn't excuse you not having the order ready for the customer. Read more

Wish I could give zero or negative stars. One of the worst experiences I've ever had at a fast food restaurant and I've had some... bad ones. I ordered a number 11 with a Sonic blast and another Sonic blast I paid at the kiosk then proceeded to wait 30 minutesbefore someone came out of the restaurant to ask me what did I order when I informed the young lady what I ordered with thepuzzled look on my face as to why I hadn't gotten my food yet she made a smart remark and went back in long story short Iwaited another 15 minutes I had to go to the door and spoke to the manager for her to tell me that they had four people in thereand only three were working to wish I replied what does that have to do with me I can't even put this experience in words so I'mgoing to just leave it there but yeah one of the worst experiences I've ever had at any restaurant ever in my life I'm 42 yearsold the manager and all the employees need to be fired the worst customer service ever in life Read more

Had a very long wait for order although not a full parking lot. Order was wrong, Also, I had to ask for a gratuity since waited... so long. Young lady apologized, asked her boss about it and she brought out a Sonic coupon book good for 2 months. Thank! Read more

Ordering on the app is cool, but the real pain is once you go to pickup. Sitting at the drive-in stands takes forever for them... to bring your order out, sometimes 30 mins. Most times I just forgo the process and jump in the regular drive-thru line thentell them I have a mobile order at the window. Read more

Used the app to place order and I waited in a stall for 40 minutes and no one brought my food out. I pulled up to the drive thru... window and then they tell me no one was available to bring the food out and they wanted to give me cold food that was alreadymade 40 minutes ago. How inconsiderate could they be? Called the support line only to be told on my next order I can receive afree cheeseburger thru my email. It was never sent to my email.
