I stopped by this morning because I had a little time to kill knowing their drive thru was a long line. I asked for a hot white... chocolate signature latte no whip and with oat milk. Lady on drive thru said the whip cream is what makes it signature so youjust want a latte with white chocolate flavoring. I replied yes. I get to the window I paid for it n she hands me this icecoffee with whip. I said that not what I ordered. She makes it again hot but with whip. I said I wanted no whip. She remakes itand I hear her say to her co workers" she gonna get whatever I give. I don't care if it's how she wanted it" she proceeds tofinish the hot latte and hand it to me. I asked is it with oat milk she replied yes. When I took a sip I automatically knew itdidn't have oat milk. I wasn't nasty or yelling at her at all during this incident. I was completely calm. My thing is, if Iasked for it to be a specific way I expect what I ordered,not what you think I should have. Iam allergic to milk hence thereason I acted an alternative milk. Someone can't follow directions and I'm extremely disappointed I even stopped this morning.Won't be back at this location. Read more
Dunkin is great but the employees just don?t want to work. I was there at 8 am and they wouldn?t open the door. 5 other people... were standing outside with us. Here is a lot of business leaving because at 8 am the employees refused to take walk in. Read more
Great location for a quick lunch or late breakfast. Ira was working on my visit and went above and beyond. He brewed fresh... coffee and brought it out to the patio for me. Mornings are hectic at this location. Ordering through the Dunkin? app savestime. Another Dunkin? in this area would help. Read more
I don?t even eat Dunkin For real, I went one particular morning to try a breakfast sandwich and the lady in there was so rude I... think she was the manager she had a stank attitude. My coffee was horrible, tasted like strong coffee with ?cough? in it..Theworkers all look irritated by the customers, and when I got the sandwich it?s was nasty. I don?t know if they were having a badday or something but I just know I won?t be going back. I am highly disappointed in the service and response I received from the manager this morning. I placed this order on the app at... 7:43 am as a walk in pick up. Upon arriving to the store, the doors were locked therefore I could not pick up the order. Iwaited in the drive through line for approximately 15 minutes. While waiting in the line it took roughly 4 minutes for anemployee to come to the speaker and begin taking orders. After continuing to sit and wait on the employee to continue taking theorder, I drove around the long anticipated line up to the window. Upon approaching the window, the manager had an attitude andasked ?um can I help you.? I said I?m here to pick up my order. She said I would have to tell her what order it is from thespeaker. I gave her the name of the order she said she didn?t know if it was ready. At this time is it after 8 am and there isstill a long line waiting for orders to be taken in the drive through. Instead of giving me the order because I?m sure it wasready, she stated she is training new employees and is short staffed and could not issue a refund I would have to call. This issuch a great inconvenience. I understand being short staffed but training new employees during the heightened time of themorning when it will obviously be busy isn?t the best time to train employees. Also if the order was placed and completed, Ishould not have to wait in the drive through with customers that have not ordered yet. I didn?t get my order or the properservice unfortunately. This area has a decided lack of independent coffee shops, but Dunkin? will always do in a Pinch! They have coconut milk and... sugar free coconut syrup and that means my diabetic self gets 4shots of espresso ???? administered stat! Yum! Read more
Not a bad place, I think the crew for this shift where not being attentive this day. The poor girl in the front i guess was new... and was kind of lost. The drive thru was empty, so it was bad that the other two crew members didn't guide here. They where tobusy on their phone. I, however, wouldn't mind coming back. Read more
Zero Stars!!!! Everytime I come here my coffee is bitter and nasty I pay for extra syrup and still my coffee is not right BUT... WHEN I GO TO RIVERDALE AND ORDER THE EXACT SAME DRINK IT ALWAYS COMES OUT PERFECT EVERYTIME!!! DO BETTER LAKE CITY!!! Ishouldn?t have to drive that far to get good quality coffee!
