Well here we go, I stopped here while traveling, we go inside and order it's pretty busy the cashier ( Autumn) looked miserable... no hello can I help you I got can I take your order then she preceded t o say card only I pay with card then the next customerbehind me paid with cash and she handed his change back. The bathroom were a mess, toilet didn't flush out of paper towels . Igot my food I go sit and eat, couldn't get Sprite for my guest because it was unavailable, the floors was sticky, the had a bagon the counter filled with ketchup ( tacky unprofessional) most of the employees had no name tag they did not try to upsellcombos, no smiles Overall eghhh D. It?s been 3 weeks exactly and I never had my issue resolved. I spend $20 on food for my wife and I before heading on the road to... visit family. Everything except the drinks and the small burger was wrong, and we got food that was cheaper than what weordered. I reached out at least 3 times for a refund, and I got one response saying the manager would give us coupons to comeback. I declined and asked for a refund because we live half an hour away, and don?t go to Wendy?s often, unless they werewilling to give us coupons without an expiration date. Horrible experience. Triple check your order before driving away so youdon?t go through the same bs I went through. Never going here again. Read more
