Memorial day... I ordered on the app... Paid... Got to the restaurant... they were closed. So the worst part of it is that... Subway does not have a way to contact an actual customer service agent. Their phone number clearly stated that they converted toan all digital customer service experience. It redirects you to app support which is an online form. Absolutely no way to getany kind of resolution today! On top of all that, I actually got an email from the restaurant telling me how it was so nice tosee me today and they hope we come back again soon! Seriously? This is a horrible customer service business model! I understandthat the company is trying to trim costs, but it resulted in them trimming a customer. I'm contesting the transaction with mybank for merchandise not delivered and then I'm finding another favorite restaurant! Obviously my business doesn't matter tothis company so now this company doesn't matter to me! I have to absolutely give a shout out too the two ladies working today at 450 pm . When we ran in quickly knowing they get very... busy . They were extremely nice then boom an entire bus with a sports team 40+ walks in . They acted professional and as a teammoving the line one by one getting the orders perfect. I did this place for stars solely on the customer service. I do not know the lady's name, but she remembers me from going and... picking up my mother's call in order one time and every time I go in there she asked me about my. The other two ladies, did agreat job in my sandwich was excellent. On the other hand the other two ladies were consumed up they might have been a littlestressed or aggravated about something. They went through the motions of the job, but there was no sincerity and what they said. Read more
