Had a craving for a footling dog and a shake. I rarely eat fast food but a craving needs to be satisfied so i went to sonic.... Seriously 10 dollars for a shake and a hotdog which was absolutely COLD they forgot my onions. The shake was adequate but didn'ttaste like the cheesecake they described. Had to take hot dog home and microwave it. NEVER going back to sonic again. Can'tbelieve I wasted 10 bucks on these two things I could have gone to chili's and for a dollar more got a drink, appetizer and amain course. And before management gives me a lame sorry, I say forget the apology and fix these issues. Nobody likes cold food. Read more
This place used to be amazing, you would pull in and get the best service and best food every time, but that was years ago. Now... it's hit or miss with more misses. I stopped going here for about 3 years because I had food come out frozen once (yes frozen),completely wrong another time, and then looking like it was stepped on another. Finally decided to try again recently to seemaybe the management or owners might have changed again hopefully this time for the better but my Toaster sandwich wasn't eventoasted but just soggy bread, the tots were gross and cold (lack of changing the fryer oil) and the burger my mom ordered wasn'teven hot enough to melt the cheese, all this after waiting 20 minutes. The only good thing about this place is the drinks andthe people seem to be nice, if you want food though I suggest somewhere else until they figure out how to put effort into it. Read more
Yeah, this location absolutely sucks. Placed an order to pickup at 6:30 and was sitting there waiting for 45 minutes. Even went... up to the door after the screen said the order was on its way (an outright lie) and asked what the deal was. They hadn?t evenbegun making the order yet. The kicker in all this was that the order was a single medium milkshake. One. Single. Milkshake. 10minutes after this first encounter we?re still stuck waiting with no word. In the background I saw at minimum 12 other carsabandon all hope and leave without getting any food. We finally get the order and it?s missing ingredients. Horrendousexperience with piss poor service. Wouldn?t recommend going here unless you want to binge your favorite show for several hourswhile waiting for your order. Read more
They totally suck. Every time I go here I get told that all I can order are soft drinks or slushies? the commercials make me... want ice cream from Sonic, but that?s not going to happen at this location. Dairy Queen is a joke? long story short we need anew ice cream place in Lake City. Read more
My wife and I decided we'd like to have a couple of sonic double cheese burger combos. I upgraded to onion rings for my side.... Well, once we got there we were told they were out of onion rings so I said I'll have the fries. Once we got home, which is onlya .5 mile ride away, my burger was cold and dry like it had been sitting out on a counter. My wife's burger was hot and fresh,but the bun had a tear on the side and the burger bun was covered in grease. It was so nasty, we had to put the greasy bag in aplastic bag to just to bring that garbage back to get our money back. Normally always have great service, but this was visit wasthe absolute worse. Maybe someone at regional or divisional should make a surprise visit there. Will be awhile before we decideto visit sonics again. Read more
The sign in front of the property should have indicated everything you needed to know about this location. If that didn't give... it away then certainly the leaking roof over the covered outdoor eating area should have been a second red flag. Being a gluttonfor punishment I even chose to ignore the third warning sign, coin operated kid rides (never seen this at a Sonic) outside underthe covered eating area. Our waitress attempted humor by saying no to every item requested. Despite this, the order came outcorrect. The straws for our drinks looked like shakes the clown personally delivered them and we're large enough in diameter toprovide water to a housing development. Our waitress explained, the straws were delivered by mistake to them from the localdairy Queen which apparently they own as well and were the only straws available for us to use. The tater tots were cooked inold grease that had black pieces floating in it, which were deposited on said tater tots. The tomatoes on my burger wereharvested somewhere around 1936 and I'm certain they were good back then when they had cell walls. All ingredients seemed oldand stale. I've never had bad food at a Sonic until today. If you're constipated I would suggest eating at this location. Read more
If I could give a negative 10 I would. The store manager cussed at me called me names refused me refund because her machine was... down but yet didn't bother to tell me till after sitting there for 20 plus minutes. I have called corporate twice nonresponse.This is how they treat their customers. Not only was I poorly treated I seen her spitting across customer's food. Treatmentlike this from an employee is tolerable from a company is no company I want to spend my money at. I wil not be spending a half aPenny there ever again . I would rather drive 1000 miles then spend a penny at this company. I can't believe a company allowsthis from their employees. Read more
