Really neat location (lots of seating options), very nice staff, tasty food and decent beer... The selection was a *little*... lacking but overall it was good! Read more

We?ve visited this area often as our family cabin is nearby. When we heard a brewery had opened up we had to stop in. This place... is great. The entire feel from walking up, walking in, and sitting down is amazing. The use of local looks and views adds to thefeel. Now for the important stuff: beer and food. Both were outstanding! The cheese tray was to die for. We were here on the daythey released their Watermelon Gose and we are so glad for that happy coincidence because it was outstanding. Read more

My wife and I stopped in to Halpatter Brewing Company for lunch and drinks on Fathers Day. The building was an old post office... and the wood flooring was original. Awesome cypress slab work behind the bar. And of course the eclectic selection of brews ontap, from Irish ales, to pale ales, ipas, stouts, and an array of sours. We started with the sour flight and ordered the MonteCristo sandwiches with fries: boy was it delectable. The sours were super sweet, a little too much for my taste but my wifeloved the sours as the sweetness was up her alley. My next beer was the Florida IPA and that was probably one of the best IPA?sI have ever had. I had three of them. The service was fantastic and there was a few games around the building to play; pingpong, cornhole, croquette, and lawn dice to name a few. So many options to choose from if you didn?t want to just hang out. Make sure you stop in for food and drinks at Halpatter Brewing Co in Lake City next time you are in town! Read more

Good beer, delicious food. We shared the Mississippi Pot Roast Melt. Mick, at the bar, was super helpful. He suggested a... delicious imperial IPA and recommended the sandwich we ordered. Great place! We?ll be back! Read more

Stopped in on Sunday and this is one of the few if only places open serving food In the early afternoon downtown Lake City.... Short menu but the choices were prepared perfectly. I had a Cuban sandwich with awesome Mac and cheese on the side, wife had thepulled pork sliders a half order so delicious with a fresh fruit salad side. Of course there was beer and ale a nice number onefor the wife and a stout for me poured by lovely Lindsay. Service was fast and friendly. Open air family and service dogfriendly. Great atmosphere highly recommend! Read more

Great place. We were in the lower level that goes outside. You can have your dog with you there too. It was a nice relaxed... atmosphere and we will definitely return. They have different event nights per the bartender, who was awesome by the way! He wasvery easy to speak with and very attentive to the customers. He said they have bingo on Monday and trivia day Tuesday I believe, live music on Saturday and sometimes comedy shows. We enjoyed the beer selection they had to choose from. I had a pineapplecider and my husband had a few of their stouts. He really liked the oatmeal raisin cookie stout. We shared the pretiola whichwas a giant pretzel with sausage, fruits and cheeses along with beer cheese and mustard for dipping. It was the perfect dinnerfor us. It was a nice change from the typical nachos or fried apps. I would highly recommend visiting, you will enjoy yourselfif you like a brewery atmosphere. Read more

Surprised by how good the beer was here - I had four of their sours and they really impressed! The Pretiola (meat, cheese, &... fruit board nestled into a giant pretzel, basically) was phenomenal, too, though it did take a while to come out (20 or sominutes). The space is enormous - it?s an old state building, so there?s a bunch of rooms to chill out and play games in if youdon?t want to hang by the bar/main space, and they?ve got a very large patio/outdoor space populated by four cats that like petsand skritches :) If I lived in in the area, I?d be a regular for sure!
