Been to numerous Chili's locations all over and this has to be the best one hands down. Best service, the host was super nice... and the staff were extremely professional and polite and understanding. Got the to go service. Food was done and ready to go at the right time. Asked for no tomatoes and green onions on both of our... meals and they were on both. The food was cold like it was sitting for hours. Not sure if it was the to go service or if that'sa common thing but would have been 5 star if the food was at least a bit warm. Read more
We ordered one appetizer and five meals over the phone and was told 15-20 minutes for curbside pick up. After driving 15... minutes to get there and waiting another 15 minutes outside, we went inside to grab our food and waited an hour for the food tobe ready. That in its self was frustrating, then to get home and the fries were all stale, the one pictured was to be cheesefries but had just a few specks of petrified cheese, the salsa had a large piece of tomato in it and one order was missing thebroccoli ordered for our two year old. The burgers, however, were delicious, hence the one and only star. I do not usuallywrite reviews but this was the worst place we have eaten in a long time and not worth the almost $100 spent. "Curbside to go"= I sat in my car waiting over 10 min and nobody came out so I went in. Not many customers inside eating so it... did not appear busy. Poor food quality and customer service. Did not get our entire order and when I called, the person arguedwith me and put me on indefinite hold when I asked to speak with manager. After waiting awhile I finally hung up. Sooooo good! Messy and delicious! Waitress was friendly and accommodating, as we not only swapped tables because of the AC, but... also a crabby child and a second tablet. No wait and it was all hot. Anyone that eats here knows Jeff goes out and beyond to make sure your food is exactly what you wanted I visited here from south... Florida love that double stack bacon ranch burger Jeff did for me the staff is exceptional I recommend that everyone eats hereat chili?s it?s a family atmosphere every one is friendly I was very impressed how superior the staff was here this isdefinitely a blueprint for all the other Chili?s to follow as far as business goes.
