Have been there four times for orders. Food always took an inappropriate amount of time, especially drive thru. Wrong orders. No... sandwichs made properly. Carelessly thrown together. Missing items on sandwiches. Onion rings in a big clump and soggy. Read more
Absolutely the worst BK I have ever visited. I ordered a specialty burger. Got halfway home, opened the bag to find a grilled... chicken sandwich. It was absolutely disgusting. The window service was terrible as well. Never again. My advice: skip over toWendy's on the other side of the highway if you must get off this exit. Read more
Waited in drive thru lane for 15 minutes around 12:30, I understand this is a peak time for any restaurant,but seriously there... were only 5 cars in parking lot and 2 ahead of me. I love burger king but expect better from them. Read more
I love bk and this one was recently built right near my house so it was convenient. The first bad experience was in the evening... hours, I had just got off work and was too tired to cook myself and my kids dinner so I pulled into bk, as I'm waiting in line,the drive thru worker is standing out back near the drive thru order board, she proceeded to talk about how lazy we all are andthat we needed to learn how to cook at home! So I sped away deciding to not go back, at least during that shift. So a month goesby and I'm craving a croissanwhich (bacon egg and cheese) i get it and it was sausage eww. But ok mistakes happen, I went backone more time this morning, I ordered a bacon egg and cheese and checked it at the restaurant to be sure it was bacon which Icould see without fully opening it. I got home ate most of it when I got a black short hair in my food. Gross! So needless tosay I will not be going back. 3 bad experiences is more than enough. Read more
Completely awful! Ordered online 15 minutes before hand. Got to the drive though. They couldn't find our order so I knew it... hasn't even been made yet. Waited another 10 minutes at the window with lots of questions, attitude and side eye from the veryrude gentlemen at the window. Finally got my food. This place needs a full close and rehire. I have never seen or experienced what I did today. I have work in fast food. I have... even worked at bk. Today, an employee come around the counter to HIT my husband. He had gone to the counter after 2 othercustomers to have yet another order corrected. They forgot my son's cheese burger in his cheese burger kids meal. I ended uphaving to jump out of my chair and get in between them to stop her from advancing forward anymore. My teen went into a fullpanic attack and screamed "everyone shut up!" because it was a chaotic mess. The poor manager looked shocked and thanked my teenfor saying that, not realizing she was having a panic attack. I had my husband take our kids to the car while I got bags fromthe manager to get the food off the table that we had even been able to take a bit of yet. Realizing I needed a drink carrier, Iwent back to the counter an asked for one. The same woman that came around the counter to hit my husband, handed me one and toldme not to be all snatchy. If I could leave negative stars I would. [We ordered two #1 combos with no substitutions. We paid at the first window, then... waited ten minutes at the second window before anyone came to us. A female employee then let us know our hamburgers werecooking. Ok, no problem. Twenty minutes later I motioned for an employee to come to the window. A different female employee cameto the window and when I asked about our food told me their broiler had gone down. I asked to speak to a manager because now wehave been waiting thirty minutes and given two different stories. The employee said she would get the manager. Ten minutes laterI motioned for the same employee to come back to the window and asked her again for the manager. She said he was too busy, thenturned and yelled across the kitchen for him. He started yelling back at her ( I could not hear what he was saying). I insistedthat he come to the window and speak to me. He finally came over and I asked for a refund (total was for $20.52). He yelled atme that I would need to come inside for a refund. At this time, I had been sitting at this window for over 45 minutes. Iinsisted he give me the refund there. He raised his voice even more saying he had other things to do than give me a refund and Ineeded to move out of his drive through or he would call the police. I invited him to call the police but refused to move. Hetold me to never come back to that location (don't worry, I won't) and threw a $20 bill and some change at me. I do notappreciate being treated this way, especially when I kept my cool and did not yell at him. My husband and I went to the Wendy'sdown the road. They were much busier than BK and I was able to order my food, pay, and receive my food within 20 minutes. If youany other option, I would definitely avoid this location. When I contacted their corporate office, I was offered a $5 digitalcoupon. They can keep the digital coupon. It in no way makes up for the service I received. Read more
Ordered a royal spicy chicken sandwich, which is supposed to have tomatoes. Got a couple pieces of sad lettuce on a soggy... chicken patty. Ordered onion rings and wasnt given any. Gave me a dirty cup of sprite (yes there was some kind of substancedried on the outside of the cup) and the straw was broken. Wow. First time I came here, they gave me ketchup packets which weresticky and covered in semi-dried ketchup. Also, cold fries. Would have gotten better food at a gas station. Read more
