Won?t be coming back. First thing, I called to place and order and was placed on a hold for 10 minutes then I was hung up on.... Then when I try to call back, I get a busy tone as if they left the phone off of the hook. Finally I get an answer after calling17 times. I ordered a 20 piece boneless wings with 2 different sauces. And I ordered voodoo fries with it and asked for thesauce for the fries to be put on the side so my fries wouldn?t be soggy. I go in to pickup my food, I get no greeting what soever, just looked at. I said I?m here to pickup an order. She got my order and said not a word to me. Get the food and get home,I have PLAIN boneless wings, voodoo fries with everything on it SOGGY! So I come back and politely told the lady that my orderwas wrong, she looked at me and with a horrible attitude said ?your order was made exactly how it was ordered!!? As I startedexplain what was wrong, she took the bag and told the guy in the kitchen to hurry and just throw some sauces on my chicken andtry to save the fries that he could without the sauce. I then stated to her that I wanted my order remade due to the fact thatit was cold from me having to go all the way home then drive all the way back. She says ?well ma?am you didn?t need it to beremade because the wings didn?t have any sauce? I then explained my reasoning to why I wanted everything remade. She walks awaytalking about me to the kitchen staff saying ?lord not tonight, she don?t wanna F*** with me tonight?!! This is supposed to be abusiness. My order was messed up and spoke to a young lady that answered the phone. She stated she would replace my wings and to get them... whenever i visit Wingstop again. Well, came today and spoke ti the manager Eric. He stated i would Have had to come in 2 weeksfrom the order mess up date. I explained to him that his cashier did not give me a time frame. He stated ok. This was handledpoorly, he could have at least did what was promised being that I visit regularly and showed him proof of date. Bettermanagement needed. Read more

Placed order at 9:45 for pickup at 11:15. Lunch break 11:30-12. Got there at 11:31, order not ready, store FILLED with flies,... and two orders placed by other patrons while I was there went out before mine was even started. I was there until 11:40, and had10-15 minutes to scarf down a meal and get back to class. I understand they open at 11 and want to address customers in store,but order-aheads need to be addressed as well, bc students are always on a strict time crunch. Honestly, I would not recommended going to this establishment. This is the first and last review I will ever write because I... feel as if my voice was not heard. First and LAST time I will ever walk into the place. Walking in, I expected for someone totake the counter, greet me, and take my order. No the girl on the counter was on the phone arguing with a customer over the factthey had to pay over the phone. That's just so unsafe. So once she finally takes my order. I sit and I wait. I wait over 40+mins for my food and end up leaving without my money or food. When I demanded a refund, instead of doing everything in hispower, the assistant manager looked at me and said, "I will be making nothing for you." And walked away. We had a pleasant experience at Wing Stop off Ryan. The workers were pleasant and attentive. It took a little longer to get... the food because we guessed they were fulfilling call in or waiter app orders, lol. Either way the wings were hot and flavorfuland the fries were hot and good especially with their sauce. This was my first time there, my husband and I ate there for about$27.
