Firstly, I need to put that the temperature outside the night I am talking about was 42 degrees. I called to ask the hours and... was told they closed at midnight. I had to walk to the location (took me all of 3 min), because my car was broken down. I getthere and the lobby doors were unlocked (it was 10:05) so I went it and up to the counter. I was then told but an extremely RUDEpink haired girl, that the lobby was closed (then LOCK THE DOOR dummy) and that their servers had been down for a while and wereunable to take my order!!! So why wasn't I informed of that issue when I called??? Because the employees at this location arelazy., that's why!!! And I have been to this location many many times because it is so close to my home, but I will NEVER darkenthe door of this pathetic establishment. I Deliver with DoorDash and everytime I come to this location there?s an issue. One night I saw someone inside but they just... weren?t taking orders. The doors were locked and they weren?t responding to the drive through even when I knocked on the window.Today I stood in the lobby for 10 minutes with no help until a lady came out and told me and someone else that the lobby isclosed and we had to go through the drive through. I was happy the restaurant was clean.I. watched the employee making my food had on gloves which was fine. Though he had on no... belt to properly hold his pants up . I noticed right before making my food he tried to adjust his pants from falling any lowerthen proceeded to prepare my food. I threw the food away after they gave it to me.This was not acceptable. One of the dirtiest messiest restaurants i have ever been in. Workers loitering around, drink machine out of most flavors and... rest don't work. Poor quality food as well. How do they get by with this? Obviously no caring management or ownership offranchise. Waste of time. Read more
Horrible service, need better management. My family and I left before we could even order food due to the extremely inept... service at the counter. Eta: I decided to try this place again because I figured Hurricane Laura drove out all the ineptemployees. See attached picture of what they think a sausage gravy and biscuit should be.
