Food was decent, but the service was terrible. We wait 30 minutes to be seated, while we waited we asked for drinks which... seemed to be a real inconvenience it took 10 minutes to get our drinks. The staff bypassed us to serve people they knew. Read more

Will not go back. Didnt even get to set down at a table. We sat there for 20 minutes while the waitresses talked and goofed... around with customers and had no clean tables available. Was in no hurry to clean off a table or even acknowledge that we werethere waiting on a table. 3 tables were occupied. 3 were dirty and half the countertop seating was filthy. Not in a hurry tomake money at this location, try one of the other 2 locations or go to IHOP like we did. Great ,fast and friendly service atIHOP!!! Read more
This had to be the worst customer service I?ve ever experienced in my life. I was asked if I was placing a order when I said... yes, the lady rolled her eyes at me. I had to ask for coffee after 20 minutes of waiting, mind you I was the only customer inthe restaurant at this time. The server never got up to take my order, the cook took my order an servered us.. Terrible. In the 50 years i have been coming to WH, this is the first time they have told me i can't get my steak cooked rare, ... after getting my food. I got this well done piece of leather. Funny how i can get it rate at the other 2 WH in town. This isthe 3rd bad experience with this WH. Not coming back. I like the Nelson road site better anyways. Read more
Kita, our server, was fabulous -- she was super friendly and very attentive to our needs. Our orders included: waffle, eggs,... grits, bacon, and sausage. Most of our meal was great. The meat was undercooked -- needed a few extra minutes on the grill. Thefat on the bacon was way too much. Next time, we'll ask for crisp. While it's impossible to know the quality of bacon beforeopening the package, the taste of our bacon was awful. We never leave bacon on a plate, but we did this time. Read more

I wish I could leave zero stars. Staff threatened to jump my sister who's a minor. Little short waitress about 4'11/5'0 with... gold hair vaping inside and cursing at my sister. I could say big fat sloppy waitress who just sat down the whole time, but Imajust say she has a short black bobb was getting buck and threatened people for literally no reason. I told her she was beingunprofessional and she said "you're being unprofessional", says exactly why she'll be working dead end jobs and probably firedback to back. If I was management, I would just fire and replace the whole crew except that one poor white guy. With attitudesthat nasty, I can't see why anyone would visit. I'm convinced the two decent reviews were paid for. I didn't even end up eatingmy food bc why would I want to eat from people who talk to guests that way.
