We visit lake Charles several times a year, and I was excited to try out the James 710 for the first time! It was an absolutely... wonderful experience! Food was superb. Great ambiance, and the service was excellent! The craft cocktails were AWESOME, and Ilove that they have some of my favorite local beers on tap (ghost in the machine?!). Our server Jason was awesome! Veryattentive and knowledgeable about the menu. We asked for his recommendations, and he was totally on point for what we asked. Wewill definitely be back!! Read more

This place has lots of parking. The entrance to the restaurant is on the north side of the building. They have a good sized... patio space, but it was full due to the nice weather so we sat inside. The staff seemed to be working double-duty(understaffed). They gave us good service, although it was a bit slow. The food was amazing. The beet hummus was delicious. Theswordfish was so tender and juicy. Loved the mango chili chutney that came with it as well as the coconut rice. The chocolatemousse was super dense and tasty.
