Got my order wrong and BC they were a lil busy and I was starving I hate HF of my footlong when the lined got quiet I went and... told the employee. He says well I need Ur sandwich back and since u ate half I can only correct half. I accepted it BC I washungry and could eat the wrong one later n evening. So I rolled with it. Good afternoon, this message is pertaining to the Manager & her customer service. Upon my arrival I saw her sitting at the table... doing what could've possibly been her paperwork. I also noticed a 6-9 month old baby in a car seat next to her, & a 3 year oldlittle girl running around them. I proceeded to the service line, to get my dinner, & not once did she look my way. I didn't seeanyone in the back, so I turned & asked her if someone was back there to help me. She told me that they were closed. At thistime I look at my phone & notice the time is 7:20, I said but ma'am you close at 8. She said yes but we're closing early due tolow employees. Then she calls her employee from the back & says did you count the bread yet because if you did, we can't serveher, he said no ma'am. Then she says well you can server her if YOU want to, I am 5 months pregnant & holding a 2 year old in myarms so at this moment I become a little frustrated. He proceeds to get his gloves out to serve me & I say thank you becauseshe wasn't making sense. She then says to me, while sitting at the table excuse me, this is MY store & I have the RIGHT torefuse YOUR service. So I said to her well at this point he is already about to make my order, THANK YOU. The boy makes my order& is very courteous to me, I say nothing else to her, pay for my order & leave, as I wanted to do before. I have been to thislocation many times & I am familiar with the actual franchise owner & his son, they are very nice people. I have also spoken tothis same lady before, she has complained about doing HER job & employees not showing up but never got ugly with me as she didtonight. I am one that understands how being understaffed can be frustrating, but I also know that as a manager she should learnto keep her composure. If she felt that she needed to close early, she should've locked the door & not ignore me as I proceededto her service line to avoid the confusion. This review gets 1 star due to not having customer accessible bathrooms, while the staff can go in and out at will. Kinda hard... to eat with dirty hands. Also Sandwich Artists were not wearing masks so vulnerable people be wary. Food was overall good andpar for the course for a Subway. Customer service was good as well. Drink machine was out of order at the time as well. Read more
Very clean and the worker was so nice and friendly. Made one of the best sandwiches and salads we have ever had. We were a... little nervous since it was so close to the store closing with knowing people get very ready to leave but both workers wereamazing. Read more

We had some pretty amazing service at this location. Although the location had a trainee, the manager was very nice and helpful... to ensure our order was accurate. We have been on a 10 day vacation and now heading back to Texas and I must say that this isthe best, friendliest and most hospitable service we have had throughout our entire trip. So the restaurant was clean and the woman behind the counter was lovely however I asked the guy on my way out for extra napkins... he hands me to, I got a footlong with extra mayo, spicy, mustard, and pickles, yes extra messy. I ask him for more clearlythat's not enough, he hands me two more (smh) I am irritated so I ask does he have to pay for them and he walks away lol. Of allthe customers there I was the only one to ask for extra napkins and first of all it was like pulling teeth. And secondly I stilldidn't get enough napkins to enjoy my good without being a spicy mustard, mayo mess.As a business major I understand about foodcost and so forth but if only 1out of 10 customers asking for extra napkins I am sure subway can afford to accommodate them.Other than that the good was great the woman was great, just the stingy ass man spoiled their would be 5 star review.
