I was driving through Louisiana to Florida and decided to stop and get something to take with us for dinner. Boy I'm glad I did... because the employee delivered friendly and efficient customer service. I was in and out in 5 minutes and he got the orderright. Food was good. Service was slow, all employees seemed completely uninterested in customer service. Most importantly, the... dining room was filthy. Dirty tables, greasy floor, some kind of dark liquid oozing out of the trash can. Restrooms werecompletely unacceptable. Smelled of urine, no paper products at all. I mentioned all this to the manager and she made someweak excuse and basically blew me off. Will never go back to this location. Very poorly run. Read more

Waited 20 minutes for food. Watched several orders filled while I waited inside. Drive thru is clearly the highest priority at... this location. I grew tired of waiting and asked about my order. I was then told it would be yet another 6 to 8 minutes for themto make more chicken sandwiches! I was refunded the amount for the missing sandwich. By the time I got home I opened COLD FRIESand a half filled warm coleslaw. This means my food probably sat in a bag the entire time I was waiting. Unacceptable. The lady left items out of my order after guaranteeing me 2x that it was correct. Then got an attitude and was completely... disrespectful. Then when I mentioned most people would apologize for messing up an order causing me to have to make another tripand eat cold food she just gave me a stare lol. I decided to go by and try this Spicy Chicken that everyone is talking about from Popeyes. Now I love Chick-fil-A. Their food is... always on point and the customer service is beyond awesome , but I have to say the service at Popeye's today was awesome and thechicken sandwich was delicious. I was a little skeptical about trying this chicken sandwich, But I have to say it is absolutelyone of the best chicken sandwiches that I have had. It has spicy sauce on the bottom, pickles and one large piece of of thechicken on a bun that seems to be toasted or something. The chicken looks like a whole boneless chicken breast just fried toPerfection and just sitting on top of the it had a little touch of heat and a little spiciness. Delicious. Read more
