Made an online order and made pick up at the drive through. Laid everything out when I arrived home and we were 4 pieces short.... Called and was told ?So you gonna come back and get em or what!?. Drove back to this location only to be told ?You should countyour pieces before you leave?. They are rude asl . Bad customer service ! Slow and the nerve to have attitudes when there is a complaint. This has happen... multiple times and I?m fed up i go to this Popeyes cause it?s close to my home but i will go way across town now if i have to itmakes no sense . I called and a female worker had an attitude about me trying to see about my dash order she then said it wasalready gone , so we text the dasher they said they never made it there so i called again and it was a diff female i asked forthe worker i just spoke to about the door dash order not even 5 minutes ago from calling again she said hold on let Her check 3minutes on hold then they hung up in my face . Slowest and one of the worst fast food place ever. And idk why the people who work always have to be rude and are always in... rush. Never have time to listen to what their customers want. And if by chance you get to place your order the wait time isridiculous. If you have to wait 30-40min for a sandwich and a fry then it defeats the purpose of being a fast food. You might aswell close this location down or fire everyone and train the new ones properly. Never going to this location. Would have given0/5 but unfortunately 1star was the lowest!
