I don't normally do stuff like this, but here we go. On October 21st, I ordered a Pizza Hut Melt and an order of wings through... the App. I placed my order at 5:34. The app and the confirmation email I got with it said that it would be delivered by 6:20. Nobig deal. Sounds like pretty decent timing for a Friday night. At 7:30, I still hadn't received my order, but the trackershowed that my order had been delivered. I checked outside, there was nothing, so I called the store. The phone was picked upthen quickly put on hold. I sat on hold for about ten minutes. I hung the phone up, called back, same thing, except now, Iwaited a few more minutes. Seeing how calling the store was getting me nowhere, I called the 1-800 number to see if they couldhelp me. Instead, they gave me an incident number, and told me my money would be refunded in two to three business days. It wasnot. When I called back, after the charge had posted to my account, they offered me a coupon for a two free pizzas. I justwanted my money back. The representative told me the franchisee would contact me via email or phone in three to five businessdays. That was October 26th. I have yet to hear anything from the store regarding the incident. At this point, it's not aboutthe money. It's about the principle of the situation. I paid $28, which included a $7 tip, for something I never received. If Icould post zero stars, I would. Read more
Was terrible. They put hardly any toppings on my pizza and the wings had barely any sauce. My friend ordered a peperoni only... pizza and they gave him a meat lovers, he sent it back and they literally put it in another box and gave it back. They should befired. Read more
Thankfully, they forgot the sauce on my pizza. But they made up for it in an awesome way! I called the restaurant and got hung... up on three times :). They would answer, say nothing, and then hang up! Probably the best customer service ever! Even better? Iordered toppings on half the pizza, so they put one topping on the entire pizza! If you're looking for quick delivery, they'regood at that. Just don't be surprised if you don't get what you wanted. Read more
Website said order would be ready in 10-20 minutes. I arrived at 15 minutes and still had to wait 20 minutes. Pizzas were cold... when they finally brought them out. Thin crust was like biting into rubber and my request for lite sauce was answered with noneat all. Very disappointed. Read more

Suppose to be handmade pan pizza. Got all the home to see this and my other pizza the toppings was all wrong. This not my 1st... time my order been wrong. most of the time my food is good and on time. but last time I ordered i got what looked like day old bread sticks what was flat... and look like they had been ran over. i called to replace them with no answer on the phone. so i reordered the food to get itreplaced with a set time. after getting to the place on that set time I waited for 20 mins and was asked to pay for thereplacement food after i already return the bad food. I watched employees who was getting off take food a customer was waitingfor then tell that customer she still had 8 mins on her wings. they truly need better leadership. they did in the end make myorder right but only after further give poor service in multiple fronts.
