My husband has the pulled pork nachos, he loved them. I had the ribs, they were pretty dry and they didn?t give me enough extra... sauce to make up for that but I didn?t know to ask for more till I got home. Food was good, service was ok. Blackberry bread pudding was outstanding, bbq sauce was amazing, brisket was moist and well made... as were the sides - slaw and smoked Mac & cheese. Ribs were good but slightly dry. Overall a good experience?the bread puddingis definitely a must try. Read more
First time eating at Paul's. I got a brisket taco, ribs and corn maque choux (1st time trying this type of corn, I'm not from... LA). The brisket taco was delicious! A generous portion of tender, lean brisket, cheese and diced onions on a very butterytortilla. The ribs were fork tender and not too fatty. The corn was pretty good, although it seemed to be made with canned corn.Not a deal breaker by any means, but it was still really good.
