The worst experience I?ve ever had!!! Rented the big party room and everyone in this place including management has lied and... been extremely rude. It was my daughters 1st birthday and when I spoke to the person that I rented the room from they saideveryone can get the buffet but when we showed up for the party there is NO buffet 2-5pm?!!!!!! I would have never rented theroom!!!!! Everyone in my party was sooooo upset and definitely ruined her birthday. I have never been somewhere where theworkers were so extremely rude! Management is absolutely horrible. As the party went on management took my guest out the room tocontinue to blame us and not fix anything. Read more

Very misleading information when my daughter booked a party. Party was booked at 2 p.m. When we get there buffet was closed... from 2-5.. was told that kids 12 and under eat buffet free. When we get there manager said its for the next visit. That wasnot mentioned nor on the copy of the booking receipt. Very rude and unprofessional manager. Read more
This location is awesome! They do a lovely, well maintained buffet. They have the mix your own drink stations for soft drinks.... Their salad bar is nicely stocked. The dining room is clean and well-kept. Best of all, the arcade is awesome! Read more
Awesome service today! Manager & staff went beyond to help!! We had an impromptu birthday party for one year old twins. Went in... & place was packed! Manager came & assisted us helped us find a place & went totally out of his way to help us! Ended up being awonderful family time not only because of our family but because the manager & staff went beyond expectations to accommodate &help us! Buffet was awesome too & game room fun!!
