They DO NOT HONOR the unlimited mix ins. The first three are free and each one after that is $1.99 each. The national chain... website and this store's website say unlimited. The sign in the store also says unlimited, but they put a peice of paper tapedon the wall that says $1.99 each after 3 toppings. It doesn't pay to argue with them. They don't care. Read more

It was an ok experience, they were out of a lot of flavors that day so that was disappointing since I couldn't exactly get what... I wanted. I've visited other marble slabs in other cities/states antd they are far superior. I wish that they would step uptheir business practices because not having enough ice-cream and workers in your store just ain't it. Read more
Good location. Took our 5 year old niece here for her first marble slab experience and she loved it. Actually said it was her... favorite part of the entire trip. Nice selection of flavors and mixings. Read more

Horrible and unprofessional. I went in today and a female and guy was horse playing hitting each other with love taps while a... customer was waiting. One of the customers stated she was a kid yet im pretty sure that Marble Slab does not hire kids. Shedoesn't know what a young adult is. She stated I was in there for two minutes when the incident happened. I don't care if itwas one second. At a place of business one should always conduct themselves with professionalism. Go all the time. Today went to get rum icecream. Lady was not there. I looked past the fact that the guy was sniffling. Wiped... his eyes and nose with the sleeve, because I love the icecream. He mixed my icecream so much until it was liquifying, it raninto other icecream from other customers that had strawberries. I told him im alergic to other stuff left on mixing board. Heslike its ok. But no its not. If im paying $16 for a certain flavor, please dont mix with other stuff. First my feelings weredismissed and treated poorly when i go there often. Its a marble slab. It goes without saying that their ice cream is delicious. I wouldn't even bother with a review but for the... service. I arrived about 30 min before close to a decently long line but nothing the two employees couldn't handle in 15 min. Then one walks out. To top it off, about 25 people show up in numerous seperate groups over the next 15 min. I have worked ina restaraunt and know the stress that comes with inpatient customers. The lone employee - wish I had gotten his name - handledthe 40+ person line with grace and personal attention to each customer. He even went out of his way to get my daughterslollipops when one mentioned an advertisement on the wall. If I was a manager, I'd want him working for me. Heck, give him araise! Read more
