After having traveled to 74 countries so far, I must say that Truffe Sauvage is one of the best restaurants I?ve ever been to. ... The service and quality of food is by the far the best in Lake Charles. I even make a special trip all the way from Austin todine here and see the talented and funny chef/owner Arthur. He really has an amazing operation going with passionate anddedicated staff that are all integral to the experience. Needless to say we will be returning back on our next trip to LakeCharles.
