Good food, but great service. We visisted 11/2/22 around 6pm. Manuel was our waiter/server. He was extremely attentive and... personal. He was all around a great server. He never let any of the drink go empty and made sure the food came out hot and toour liking. I would go back for the service alone. Any managers reading this Manuel is a great member of your staff that tookgreat care of my family. We order the L.A lasagna, the ribs, the bacon mac and cheeseburger, and the plain Jane with bacon. Salads here are HUGE, the store sells clothing that has a very good quality, the place is big and the staff is awesome,... specially Hector who attended us in English and Spanish giving us very good ideas of what to order. Ana is a kind, beautiful andfriendly hostess and in general, the food is delicious and the prices are great for a place with a huge crowd like DisneySprings. We had no reservations and instead, we found a marvelous place in the Terrace, outside. We are crazy in love with thisplace, the girls in the store are so friendly, we fell in love. Definitely a hiding gem in Disney. You HAVE TO visit if you comeas a tourist. You won't regret it. CONS: Please guys, a little bit of more alcohol on the cocktails, it the menu says it hasrum, put some rum on it, and please, find another way to heat the onions on the salads, the fried onions were cold and not forthat I didn't like my salad, but I would give you 5 stars in food if just my onions would come at least warm. This Planet Hollywood location has been a mainstay at Disney Springs / Downtown Disney for decades and always seems to be lively... and busy. We didn't have reservations and were still quickly seated. The main dining room interior is very spectacular and theoutside deck has expansive views, especially at sunset. Our server was friendly and was definitely trying her best. Minus twostars for our drinks taking forever (after our meals came out!) and for our seasoned fries order for being mostly burned endpieces. Recommended for when you're in a pinch with no reservations, but don't expect amazing food. Read more

I was surprised at how great the food is here. The nachos were nothing spectacular but they were good. I got the chicken, which... surpassed my expectation. It was so juicy and extremely flavorful. The mashed potato?s and gravy that came with it were smoothand buttery. We also got the Mac and cheese burger. It was so large! And so good! Service was fast and our waiter was veryfriendly. Our family came here for a fun family dinner. It did not disappoint! With the music and songs up on the walls and everyone... singing it was a great atmosphere. Each family meme er ordered an entree but we wanted to start with the nachos. Service wasgreat and nachos were starting out great but about 10 minutes after we got our nachos our entree came to the table. We barelywere given an opportunity to eat our nachos. If you guys have seen the nachos, it?s a very healthy portion. Needless to say itwas either we abandon the nachos or let our dinners get cold. Not impressed. We felt incredibly rushed. I?d say from start tofinish we were in there just over an hour. We were expecting to eat our nachos and then have our dinners brought out, whichhappens in most restaurants. Our Family was looking for a fun atmosphere with great food and we found both at this Planet Hollywood location. The music was... full of fun Disney music and videos as well as hit music we all love. The memorabilia was interesting and the staff was verykind and helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed the Fried Lasagna. It was absolutely divine with the white and red sauce, the crispy yetsoft texture of the pasta and the delicious cheese filling. My son ordered the kids Spaghetti and Meatballs. It was a largeportion and he said it was delicious. I would highly recommend this restaurant for families of all ages. Read more

I want to like this place every time I try a location but this was by far the worst experience at any Planet Hollywood which are... generally average at best. The server started out ok but when we sent back our still frozen spinach dip, I could tell she wasnot happy. For out entree we got a smash burger which did earn a star, it was pretty good and we also got nachos. The nachoswere also very cold in the middle and were not edible if you wanted to enjoy your meal. We also sent those back which issomething we hardly ever do but they were not good. This experience was just plain awful. No one came to talk to us or even saidsorry. We were still charged for the terrible food that no one ate and that they took away from us! A simple sorry for yourexperience would have at least made it seem like someone cared about the customers, but the lack of any care or concern justmade the experience even worse.
