Love love loved the Peking duck! The sushi rolls were surprisingly just ok. They weren?t the best rolls I?ve ever tasted. But... this is a restaurant in a high traffic tourist spot. Yet, I totally agree with any other reviewers that also loved the duck. Itwas fun to share and absolutely delicious. The apricot jam was very good. We also enjoyed our drinks. I would come back and trysome other dishes. Most dishes ranged from $18-$30. The staff was very nice and I love the aesthetic. The photos in the bathroomwere nice. I would love to have come on a night were the upstairs sushi bar is open. Read more

This felt like an authentic Japanese restaurant, classic and fusion plates available. The sake flight was refreshing (a bit... expensive) and very smooth. My favorite plate was the ribs, and I would definitely recommend family style because the ?????plates are large + too delicious, worth sharing everything for best experience.make sure to walk around after this deliciousmeal! ARIGATO ???? Read more

First time dining at Morimoto was a perfect experience. All the food tastes fresh and is expertly prepared. I was blown away... with their ribs, pork dumplings, tempura shrimp, and their Cali and Spicy salmon rolls. Our server Brenden made sure we hadeverything we needed and gave us a great tour of the menu. We didn?t get to the dinner menu because reservations must be madealmost a month ahead for dinner. Lunch service was still exquisite and we felt very welcome. We got the last slot for lunch at2:45 with a 15 minute grace period. Considering the busy weekend, we were lucky to get even a lunch reservation. Compared toother locations in Disney Springs, this is more expensive Obviously because it?s owned by an iron chef, but it is truly avaluable experience. Perfect for a date night for something more intimate. Loved everything! Worth every penny. Other placesseem so crowded and overrun with families. This feels more adult centered. Coming from a childless millennial, it?s heaven tonot be surrounded by screaming children haha Read more

You?re ultimately paying for the name and the experience rather than for the amount of food. This is the type of restaurant... where they focus more on quality of the ingredients vs the quantity of the food (so don?t expect large portion sizes). Therestaurant is located in Disney Springs and attracts many visitors due to its location, so the wait time can be over an hour forjust a party of two. Many of the menu items are Asian fusion dishes. That being said, the Peking duck wasn?t served withtraditional bao buns as many would be accustomed to, but instead it came with flour tortillas ? it was still tasty albeitstraying away from tradition. Our server was incredible. He was friendly, attentive, and very helpful when it came torecommending menu items. It?s definitely a great restaurant for special occasions and date nights. Read more

Service and environment was excellent. Food was not that impressive. Shrimp in my fried rice tasted squishy and not fresh. I... didn't taste any roast duck in the fried rice. Sushi with real crab was good. Pork ribs were just okay. It was fried and had asweet sauce. We were able to get seats upstairs on the patio without a reservation during busy Spring Break but go early.Dinner starts at 4:30pm at Disney Springs. Expensive for the amount of food you get. We ate in the bar area because we just popped in. I really wish i could remember our servers name because he was amazing. Very... friendly and personable. Always made sure we had drinks and were taken care of. Food and drinks were awesome! The Ramen wasdelicious and the dumplings perfect! Monday - 2.7.2022 around 730pm in the bar area . He went above and beyond and should berecognized. I told myself i would remember his name and i can't. Really hoping someone sees this and let's him know how good ofa server he is. Read more

I watched Chef Morimoto on Iron Chef as a kid and this was a bucket list item to come here. We splurged and got appetizers,... drinks, sushi, and didn't shy away from the more expensive entrées. This was worth every penny!!! We had reservations for 8:30pm and got seated just a few minutes early. We were sat down right next to the kitchen and had the chance to watch them expediteeverything coming out of the kitchen. This wasn't just a meal, but an experience! We were greeted with friendly staff, who wereable to answer all of our questions. As someone with a shellfish allergy I need to be careful about what I order especially whenrestaurants have heavy seafood menus. They were able to help point me in the direction of menu items that didn't includeshellfish, and even sent a special ticket to have them cook mine separately. We had someone stop by out table to take ourpictures for the complimentary photo keychain, and then offered us prints of the extra photos ($30 for 2 photos). Food wasbrought out quickly, our waiter was constantly topping off our glasses with water and checking to make sure we were taken careof for anything we may have needed. After dinner we got boxes and a bag to take our food we couldn't finish home with us. 10out of 10, would definitely do again!! Read more

Sometimes, but not often, you go to a restaurant and have a truly magical experience. Tonight's dining experience was exactly... that. Our waitress, Araceli, was friendly, very knowledgeable, quick witted, and extremely responsive to the needs of thetable. And the food? Truly exquisite. This is my second time dining here and this is one of my all time favorite places todine at while on vacation. 10/10 - highly recommended and ask for Araceli. Read more
