You cannot go wrong with Benihana and fresh food! I had the teriyaki steak and shrimp and it was excellent. Service was a little... slow, seemed short staffed but food was outstanding and the chef put on a great show. Read more

I highly recommend this establishment based on my experience. Our food was excellent, and the service was top notch. Our chef,... Nate went above and beyond for our 12-person party, and did an exceptional job. Read more

Initially, we were confused because we booked online and hadn't realised that the restaurant was inside a Hilton hotel. Upon... arrival we waited to be seated and, again were slightly confused because we couldn't see the dining area and had to double checkthat it was the teppanyaki experience we expected. Once we were shown through to the dining area it became clear that we weren'tgoing to be disappointed. Our table had a view of several other tables and their grills, explosions of fire, steam, and applausewere all around us. As this was our first experience of teppanyaki dining it was exciting and engaging for our whole family. Thefood was cooked to perfection, delishious, and, given the showmanship and attentive service, we felt, well priced. A hilight ofour holiday. P.s. Parking is validated by the restaurant. Read more

If you are coming here you are doing so for the dinner and the show. If not you are overpaying for the experience. The show is... controlled by how good your chef is but can be quite entertaining as you eat your meal. Something to keep in mind, if you havea smaller group, you will likely be seated with others. This can be uncomfortable for some as we are still trying to get pastcovid. I think it adds to the experience as you can meet some new people and interact. The meal includes multiple courses. You have a soup and a salad. A rice or fried rice. Vegetables. Then your meats or tofu. The chef will ask about allergyrestrictions at the beginning. Read more

More like Beni Ho Hum. Look, The food was excellent. The fried rice, grilled vegetables, steak. However our waitress... was a bit of a dud. She served wine when the requested beverage was San Pellegrino. And then she came back with Perrier ina bottle and a small plastic container of limes no glass. Apparently she gets confused between a Corona and sparkling water And she did not know the menu so when asked questions by the patrons at the table is she was unable to answer. Our chef didn'tdo the usual show while preparing the meal. Meanwhile the chef and the waitress at a nearby table were fantastic and dideverything they was supposed to. The chef at that table was Bruce so you may want to ask for him if you go So it comes downto who was your server and who was your chef. The interior is also quite old and needs a remodel. And maintenance there wereflickering lights. There are plenty of other Japanese hibachi restaurants nearby such as Kobe on 192 in Kissimmee. Read more

The hotel is beautiful! This live experience is wonderful, but the flavors are a little more mild than most hibachi restaurants.... I rated it a 4, but for you and your family it may be a five as it’s on hotel plaza blvd which leads onto Disney property soI’m sure the mild flavors are to cater to children’s pallets! The noodles are mild, not like the garlic noodles you’d getusually at a hibachi experience. The kiddos get hats and the rice is made into a heart. It was a lot of fun! And the drinks foradults really were awesome for those of you who like to partake on vacation. Wink! Read more

The food was excellent!! Sweetest shrimp I've had in quite awhile. Nice selection of proteins, including lobster, filet, and... salmon. Great drinks, as well! Try the Japanese Old Fashioned!! Fun, friendly staff. An upgrade to the ventilation system wouldbe helpful, but don't let that stop you!! Wonderful meal!! We'll definitely be back!! Read more

I would have loved to give this place a better review, but I just can't. I had been here around 10 years ago and remembered a... first-class experience. This time, however, I don't even think it was worth the 1 hour drive. I had booked for my wife'sbirthday celebration. Waited almost an hour for our "reserved" table, then sat at the table for nearly 25 minutes before ourserver showed up and took our drink orders. While we were waiting I witnessed no less than 3 people coming up to the front deskand demanding a manager over either slow service, or not being able to accommodate a change to their reserved party. The menudoesn't have all of the options (for instance, the basic hibachi steak, which is a NY Strip) but only the premium options likeFilet & shrimp. I will have to say the server was working her butt off and I didn't spend hardly any time with an empty glass. The chef was fun and entertaining, and honestly, him and the server are what scored 3 stars instead of one. Read more
