I was at work. It was lunchtime. I craved a yummy and tasty sub. My mind immediately thought of Jimmy John?s and how I missed... their unique subs and ?free smells?. So, off I went. I arrived at a time whereas the establishment was pretty empty. Theemployees were respectful and attentive. My food was prepared quickly and as I ordered. And I just love their little ice bitsfor soft drinks. So, it was as good as it could get? well, except for if I would have somehow won the lottery or was presentedwith a VIP JJ Card which gives me free subs for life (hint hint corporate dudes and dudettes). HORRIBLE and i mean HORRIBLE service . They charge your card and keep you waiting for over a hour for deliveries scheduled in... ADVANCE. They also refuse to answer their phone when customers call. This location is horrible, people work in this area andrely on delivery to be on time because of lunch times. My recommendation is to go somewhere else. Read more
Good food & service! I've gone to this Jimmy John's ~30 times over the past year ... nearly always ordering the same thing #6... (cheese + avocado) on thickly sliced wheat. The food is always good and the service is prompt and pleasant! Read more

Ordered 3 sandwiches get all the way back to work. 1 Italian club. Open it up they forgot the meat. All veggies no meat. Called... they won?t deliver one had to drive all the way back to get the correct sandwich. Nice customer service Read more
Why is it so hard to follow directions? You constantly fail to put what I ask for. Including cheese, which costs extra.
