Ululani?s shave ice was my favourite shave ice I got on my recent trip to Maui and Oahu. I got the kid?s size (which was more... than enough for me) with pineapple, coconut and mango syrup and a snow cap (condensed milk). The syrups were thick and tastedlike real fruit! I also liked the shave ice texture, which was really smooth and not super ?icy?. I went after dinner at 6:45pmon a Monday and waited 45 minutes to order. THE BEST SHAVE ICE EVER! take any shave ice you've eaten (bahama bucks, matsumotos, your local stand) and times it by 5! All the... syrups are so fresh and yummy, the ice cream is locally made, and the ice itself is so soft and perfect. We came here 6 times in6 days. The last time we came they accidentally mixed up my order, so they gave us the one they messed up, a new correct one,and an extra bowl of macadamia nut ice cream! They had no line when we arrived around 6:45 on a Sunday. We ordered their Sunset Beach with passionorange, mango, and guava with a macadamia nut ice cream base.
