The blonde older manager was very rude. I am not from Hawaii, Covid restrictions do not allow a soda refill, I was clearly not... paying attention to the sign that says no refills. She yelled at me for getting a refill after I apologized numerous times Ididn?t see the sign. Instead of sanitizing the area due to the real issue of refills she was extremely rude and charged me foranother drink. This was our first time ordering subway in the US. The server was friendly and took the time to explain the options; even with a... couple of people behind me. The restaurant was clean. Food was fresh and prepared as ordered. The server was friendly and madeconversation. The meals were priced very reasonably. We will likely come back before we leave Hawaii. Nice work! Read more
We got three foot long sandwiches last night and there was extremely poor customer service as the employees were so... unenthusiastic about their jobs and didn?t care about good service to customers. The flatbread sandwich was extremely soggy andall three footlongs were fallling apart when we opened the wrapper. We will not be returning to that location. Read more
I was in line for a sub and there was a Indian woman in front of me who requested the sub artist to change her gloves because... she was a vegetarian. The sub artist denied the request and started swearing at the lady saying that "she didn't have enoughtime because it was busy". I was the only one behind her. The employee started swearing at the lady and kicked her out forsimply requesting something that should have been done as of SUBWAY policy. The service in this location is extremely poor I donot recommend going to this location whatsoever. Read more
