The blonde older manager was very rude. I am not from Hawaii, Covid restrictions do not allow a soda refill, I was clearly not... paying attention to the sign that says no refills. She yelled at me for getting a refill after I apologized numerous times Ididn?t see the sign. Instead of sanitizing the area due to the real issue of refills she was extremely rude and charged me foranother drink.
