Our best meal of our entire honeymoon! We received a last minute recommendation from someone we met at our pool hotel and were... able to get a next day reservation. The space is just gorgeous. When you first enter into the steakhouse you can just tell you are in for a treat. The view with the waterfalls, the swans,... ducks, and ocean is just amazing. The service was very attentive and friendly. I ordered an old fashioned from their great listof spirits but it wasn't great. Past that the food and dessert was phenomenal. I had the tomahawk steak with lobster, tried therack of lamb, and lobster ravioli. Afterwards finished with the Kona Coffee Cheesecake. All of it was made to perfection! Read more

Excellent food! The ambiance was just perfect, dim lights but enough to enjoy the food, we had mangorita cocktail and POG to... drink both refreshing. Then we had calamari as a starter very crisp and tasty, added with some truffle fries. My wife had shrimpscampi which she loved and I got slow braised beef which was so tasty and delicious. We ended it with a Lilikoi Cheesecake andthat was also delightful, so light yet very good. Read more
Was exited to get a steak dinner but got disappointed. Like how the place looks especially around sunset but food was not so... great overall for the price they charge. Ordered the ribeye steak medium well it arrived overcooked and tasted like rubber allfor the price of $85 dolars. Sides are separate and if you want a side you have to pay extra. They are 10 to 15 dollars each. Iordered asparagus and it was decent, but my wife asparagus was bitter and had funky smell. She is vegetarian so not to muchchoices for her as expected so she had a salad and it tasted very good. She ordered the asparagus like I said and mashedpotatoes as a meal. Dope view. Good service. Solid food. Of course it’s pricey, but it’s about the view and experience. Lobster ravioli was... the best dish, steaks were cooked well and flavourful. Def recommend to check it out. Read more
We really loved our dinner at Son's. The view was beautiful, the food was fantastic, and our server, Sean, was terrific. Loved... that the molten chocolate cake was gluten-free! Definitely a must visit! Read more
If you’re looking for something more upscale and classy at the Hyatt, this is the spot! The Swan Court breakfast buffet turns... into the classy Son’z in the evening. They have a great wine selection. The calamari was crisp and fried perfectly. Oh man,the Filet Mignon was too good, and I even made it into a surf and turf by adding the Lobster Tails on the side! And my husbandloved his rack of lamb. Great service and excellent fine dining! Read more
